The one who looks just like me? Well, here she is!
Looks a lot like me, doesn't she? Only... older.
Oh, and I couldn't get the glasses right...
I had a sim that looked like me before,
but it wasn't a very good likeness.
So I sat down with my mom and Owen and worked her over,
and this is what I came up with.
Bridget at the summer festival |
She won some sparklers at the festival. |
She's a very fun sim. I use her as a family sim, so,
basically a sim to start a family with. Her Lifetime Wish is
to have level 3 visa in all three vacation destinations!
She already has a level 3 visa in Champs Le Sims, France,
which, as it happens, is where she met her husband, Yves.
I have better pictures than this, but this is my favorite.
Yves bobbing for apples. |
And not just because that's the day they got engaged!
If you're wondering why she's dressed as a mermaid,
they're at the halloween (or "spooky day") Festival.
And that's not face paint; that's pie from the pie eating contest.
It was a happy day.
Proposing on Spooky Day! |
They got married as soon as they could.
But not before pumpking carving. Why? I don't know.
They just wanted to get it out of the way...
Carving pumpkins in the yard. |
BEFORE THEY WENT TO FRANCE TO GET MARRIED!!!
(How romantic is that?)
This picture is, as the caption says, the Eiffel tower as viewed from the tower
in back of their vacation home. They have a vacation home. In France.

They invited all their friends from Champs Le Sims
(which is a lot, to say the least)
And got married right there, in the yard.

Getting Married |
They spent a while in France seeing the sights and eating the food,
and made it homejust in time for halloween!
(They calls it "spooky day") They threw a "feast party"
(thanksgiving feast) And gave out candy.
Trick or Treat! |
And, I told you she's a family sim, right?
Well, it wouldn't be much of a family without a few kids.
So our hero soon found herself pregnant!
Bridget with a baby in her belly! |
Fall passed quickly amidst the picking of baby names, decorating of nurseries,
and raking of yards.
Raking the yard. |
The view from the house. |
The house in fall. |
Oh, did I mention their house is beautiful? BECAUSE IT IS.
And, with time, a baby girl was born. Welcome to the world, Wendy
Little Wendy in the rocking chair with her mom. |
Soon it was winter, and everthing was covered in a blanket of snow.
The couple took the chance to go ice skating as
random strangers watched in the background. With heels on.
Christmas trees were set up;
A Christmas tree in the living room. |
Mistletoe was hung;
And windows frosted over beautifully.
Like a Thomas Kinkade painting... |
Winter is a good season.
And soon, as with all children, it was time for little Wendy to grow up.
They always grow up cross-eyed like that... no one knows why.
Almost a whole year has passed now, and Bridget's collection
of greeting cards is growing too big for the mantle.
Each one represents one week; one season in the world of sims.
Ah, how time flies.
Aaaand... that's it! That's actually all I have on this family right now.
But I'll update as much as I can, and we'll see how they turn out.
And in the meantime; MARSHMALLOW SOCKS!
(Oh, and I know some of the pictures are too far apart. Blogger needs to work over
it's picture system. So bear with me.)
